 Lowrance 520C Problem

Looking for a little help with my Lowrance 520C, tried to trun unit on and the screen is blank like there is no power. Remove the head unit from the console and there is 13.2 volts at the plug.
Anyone have any ideals other than buying a new unit?
Is there anyone in the Shreveport LA area that repairs Lowrance electronics?
