There expidite fee has gone up to a 100.00 a rod thats high. the rods are ready high. Question when sent back under warrienty have they been good about replacing them and how long does it take. Does anyone know anyone that works out there bass pro or cabelas I would pay 50.00 cash a rod if a employ could get them exchange call me if you can help 817 371 2185 thanks

I have never tried to send on back under warranty as every one that I broke was my fault so $100 for a new rod seemed like a fair deal to me.
I don't think an employ of BPS or C. would be able to do you any good.

Over the counter replacement has been gone for a while. If you can get anyone to do it, more power to you. I have used the warranty method...Sent my rod, money, and form. Was about a 2-week process...but about 6 business days of that was simply shipping time.

I sent in my crank bait rod and paid the $20 process fee. Had a Brand new one in 2wks. Mine was a warranty for the eye rings falling out.
