My Inlaws just bought a house in there and it is 30 yards from a pond. Was wondering if anyone on here had fished it. They bought one on Moorehen Crcle.

Thanks,
Scooter

I did this past weekend, didnt get anything. Turns out it's on the google map bank fishing thread on here. I'll try it again though, worst thing that can happen is you go out there, drop some lures and blow off some steam.

I went over there this past weekend myself to see the new house. Walked around the pond closest to my MIL and liked what I saw. As long as there are perch I will be happy...LOL

HOA managed to really mess up some good fishing holes this past winter working on the ponds on the east side. Hopefully, the fishing over there will come back, but methods for catching them will have to change from what has been used in the past.

On a bright note, caught my first decent LMB on the east side since all the construction work yesterday after work.

Fingers crossed.

This bass, and many others like it were caught there last summer. There are bass all over those ponds, one of my regular spots. I was out there Friday night and pulled a 2.5 off the edge of a weed bed within 20 minutes. Just catch and release and for gods sake, please pick up your trash!

I caught a small cat out of the last east side pond a couple of weeks ago. What color worms have been working?

Fish eat things. I'll put things in the water that fish like to eat. I'll attach these things to a hook, line, rod, and reel. How hard can this be?

I don't know about most but I saw some folks pulling out some decent size bass from the pond on the East side of Bray Birch and Park Vista. They were using live minnows (I think) on bobbers.

Great ponds last year. I am not sure how it is now. Plus the pond was super low at one point. Not sure if killed any of the bass.

I went for the first time yesterday and fished the first pond east of Woodland Springs Dr. Caught a half dozen, biggest around 2 lbs. Damselflies were everywhere and the fish were having a feast.

The water does have an odd blue color in that pond - is that normal?
