Going to SPI to do some surf and jetty fishing, any tips, bait, rig, or lure ideas for late March? I haven't had much luck in previous months with a high low rig, and if one side of the jetty is bay, and the other is surf, which should I fish and how, and how far do I need to go out to increase my chances?
