Beleive it or not, the best selection I've found is @
Dave's Exxon, on the way to Denison Dam

I've used some from BPS, but they typically don't last, & the
weight selection aint that great either

I have them in
1 oz 2.5 inches high
2 oz 3 inches high

lol I mean they usually have a nice selection of weighted bobbers both balsa and styrafoam and lets face it the prices are really cheap . Lately they have been getting some really nice crappie lures for under $2.00 somthing you usually cant say about the major stores . Ive even found Mr Crappie lures and floates there and usually 12 -15 % less than a bass pro or cabelas.

Hurdler -she'll be in Next Olympics.


None of the Walmarts around me have casting floats- small weighted floats but not casting floats....... Ill be ordering some Floats and no roll sinkers from MT Pockets soon.........

you might want to try the best retrieving float. It cast well but doesn't need to be cast nearly as much. If you are fishing a river or stream you can go wherever you want down stream without recasting. They also work well from piers, bridges, or pints with tidal flows. You can steer them from 100 yards away.

Brian, next time when we go fishing at DD, you can try the casting float that I made.
