recently my revo sx is very very noisy on the cast. What should i do?

Take off the side cover, remove the spool. Using a Qtip soaked with cleaning solution (like Simple Green), clean the spool edges and inside the frame. Next, clean the brake drum on the side cover. Finally, hit the same areas with a Qtip soaked with reel oil. Just a spec of dirt will cause a squeal.

This is the ticket. If it is new, you can probably get away with just oiling the drum. For some reason, Revo's are the worlds worst about the drum drying out. Still love um though!

works all the time....u got this right on the money...
