I bought a couple of the Rick Clunn jerkbaits but keep reading that the megabass 110 is so much better (worth the insane price). Are they? And if so who sells them here in Dfw? I know TW has them but I'd like to see one first.

Thanks,
Bd

I know I won't buy one @ $27 or whatever they are when other baits perform exactly the same, especially the Talon bait. The exact same prototype is Shibui 110 from Talon. Their price is $16.99.

The megabass is awesome. I'd pay 30 for it

Megabass pays extreme attention to detail, they are well worth the $25. I do have other jerkbaits as well, but I do love the 110.

As far as the knock offs go, I do think the Luck'E'Strike is probably the best value. A buddy of mine bought one at Toledo Town Tackle this past weekend and it seems to be a quality bait especially for 7 bucks.

I think the only Megabass dealer in Texas is in Humble, I may be wrong though.

BPS in Grapevine has some Megabass baits.

Wow! Andrea I apologize! I didn't know y'all make em! Talon jigs are my go too jigs (see picture below for the results). I'm going to have to try the cranks!
