I think it's an awesome boat for the price. It has more storage than any other boat it's size. I don't own one but have looksed seriously at it. It has the same boat as the 619/719 and the only difference is the back deck space.
I would look at the reviews on BBC and recommend getting the 175 over the 150.

really? You will be hard pressed to find a comparable boat rigged the same way at a lower price.

that is a great option on a Phoenix that is more affordable without giving up much. You will like it I would think. Don't skimp on the ponies though.

Aren't they all. I would love to see the actual mark up numbers on any and all boat brands just to see how bad the gouging really is.
Set the hook first, ask questions later!!!

I don't think the boats are as overpriced as the motors, the 250 sho is priced about the same as most mid sized cars

my dad has a phoenix ordered and on the way. He looked at all brands of boats before deciding on the phoenix he said that for the price, detail, storage, having lights in all boxes and other things that no other brand came close to having what it has without paying 10 to 20 thousand more and he is a previous skeeter owner and that was what he really wanted to get but to get what the phoenix offered he had to step up to the iclass line and pay at least ten thou more

What about rough water ride anyone? Home lakes are Rayburn and Toledo, can get a little choppy to say the least.

If your home lakes are those two I would look for a bigger boat. I spent years in a 19footer and I made it ok, but I LOVE my 20fter now.

Oh BTW dont be afraid to buy a year old used 21fter instead of a new 18 or 19 footer

If you think a Phoenix is overpriced you must not have been boat shopping lately.
Looks like a lot of boat for the money to me and I don't own one.

I think they are priced in line with their competition but the fit and finish seemed to be subpar to the other brands. I agree with Javeline. Look at a lightly used 20ft for your home lakes. Can't go wrong with a Ranger. Lol.
