Stopped by Rowlett Creek for about an hour yesterday night and caught a few keepers. Bunch of 9" fish. Hand-tied jigs, and Bobby Garlands. (Purple Mist, Blue Ice, Black/Chart., White/Chart, and the Chartreuse MoGlo jigs all have been working.)

I'm in the middle of moving right now, but if I get the chance to get out and fish, I'll be out somewhere else. There's fish in there, but not enough to hold my attention. Need rain.

I'm thinking about dragging the mini bass boat down to the creek and giving those crappie a try in the morning.

Miller road is the best place to put in at. The banks are not steep and you can pull up right to the waters edge.

Do you launch north of the bridge? East or west side? I plan on fishing the mouth that feeds RC from yaks with a buddy, but im wondering if we should start near the mouth and work our way to miller and back or opposite. We are going out tomorrow morning if any one wants to join us...

I don't always catch fish, but when I do, I prefer Dos Hybrids

If you launch from Miller you can launch either NW or NE depending on which side of the Miller you want to fish from. Normally you can't go under the bridge because it is to low. I scouted the creek last week and the creek is about 4ft low. If I didn't have to work tomorrow I would be joining you boys. Expect a full report from you tomorrow.
