I would like to know as we'll. I'm heading up there Friday morning for the weekend. Really need to restock my supply. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went 11/7 fished from 'mims chapel' to the dam. Did not do well. very few good fish. 6' low, Alley Creek launch closed (low water). It will be a while before I drive that 70 mi.

Went today 11/15 out of Johnson Creek. Fished jigs from Johnson's south with little luck. Caught a variety, catfish, bream, yellow bellies and crappie but nothing worth taking home. Got a number of bites but couldn't hook up. Should improve soon.

Hey Shorthorn, I'm betting if you have the electronics to find deeper brushpiles/condos, etc, you'll find crappie happy to jump in the boat with you. Haven't heard from Chuck Rawlins (bigcrappie.com) lately but, know he is fishing LOP now and doing very well, he always does. If you don't want to spend the money with a guide, look for deep brush and fish near the bottom, I'll bet you do well.
