oh heck, here's an answer, -u can park at the miller rd bridge in a real lot -you can park in Rowlett Creek Nature Preserve /Offroad Bike Park /Parks lot off Centerville -you can jump a curb and park below in the field at the bridge on the east side of the creek on Firewheel - you can park opposite the gun range at the bridge on Pleasant Valley - you can park in the Firewheel Mall N side lots and work N and East
and there are 11 more scattered about

The ONLY reason to fish with a fly rod in Texas is to throw a POPPER, casting any other type fly just means you're doing something.

I've been out there a few times without much luck. Still waiting...
Look up " Aquaponics! The self sustained revolution." on Face Book and like the page to learn how to use fish to grow anything at 4 times the rate with 90% less water than normal agriculture while eliminating all chemicals and producing fertilizer for in ground plants.

Went front miller to the mouth with hybridassassin and right as we get there my recently purchased, used, foot controlled, trolling motor stopped working. So I got to paddle my 13 foot flat bottom all the way back. Not much fishing and a lot of paddling. Scratched up his push pole from his yank on my metal boat and according to his fish finder there wasn't much in there yet.

Dieselhondas, you couldve ran out of battery. My frist trip from miller to the mouth drained my battery and it was also a long paddle back!

I practiced my fly casting at Hell Hole on Sunday. Didn't see many signs of life while wading up and down the creek, and nothing wanting my wooly bugger.

Hell Hole won't produce much during the winter. Stay between 66 and the mouth of the creek, south of miller road.

I parked at the old marina on hubbard and paddled up, only caught cats and one small LMB

Hell hole is just south of Firewheel Pkwy bridge, so it is downstream of the shooting range.

I don't think that was me that time. It wasn't the battery. It was The plastic brace for a gear that moved enough to let it come unwired. Im not sure they make byrd parts any more. I should go look.
