Hey guys, acouple of friends and I are going fishing Tuesday out at Lavon. We've pretty much fished with every bait imaginable. We wanna give shad a shot. Me saying that, If anyone is out at Lavon Tuesday morning with from fresh shad. I am willing to pay for some.

If I were aanywhere near Lavon I would just catch you some shad, it's always nice to get out and meet new people. Hopefully someone else will pay it forward !

Get a net and catch your own. It's easy and you have plenty of time to learn between now and Tuesday. Good luck

I guide on Lake Palestine and catch my own, just get a good cast net and get after it. I caught some good blues this morning on shad. Cooler nights bring the water temps down and those blues are getting hungry.
