My list: barf

1.) Spring Creek BBQ, Red/Hot/Blue BBQ, Dickeys BBQ......Beef and chicken jerky smothered in BBQ sauce is about what it is...

2.) Buffalo Wild Wings....boneless wings are chicken McNuggets smothered in Frank's hot sauce.

3.) In-N-Out Burger......just add Thousand Island dressing to a Whataburger and it's the same thing. (But I do love Whataburger BTW).

4.) Cotton Patch Cafe....reminds me of cafeteria food in college.

5.) Joes Crab Shack......if you want a waiter or waitress to act like a clown and serve you marginal seafood...this is your place.

Babe's in Arlington.... biggest let down ever for CFS... everything else was good. But, if you can't make a decent CFS, your place sucks over all mad

The awful customer service and food at Taco Bell is only surpassed by the even worse customer service, lack of corporate response to feedback, and overrated food at Del Taco!!!

The most overrated restaurant is Perini's Steakhouse in Buffalo Gap near Abilene. I had heard glowing comments about how good it was, so I went one night when I was out there on business. It was on par with an Outback or chain, definitely not what I was expecting.

The BEST steakhouse by the way, in my opinion, is The Keg Steakhouse. The are several around DFW and they are excellent!

For all the Joe T downers........
It's a FW tradition with FW mexican flair, Joe and his family did it basic & RIGHT.....not the fluff that has been added for all the imported clients

Grew up in Cowtown, Been goin there since 73' and still look forward to it.

OK, I am wading into some deep water here. We just got a Fuzzy's Tacos here in Nac. I was anticipating it's opening because of the discussions I have read on this forum. Let me just say, Fuzzy's was a HUGE disappointment. It was neither cheap (one thing I had heard over and over) or good. Service was mediocre, food was lukewarm, and portions were small. Maybe not the most overrated restaurant, but a huge disappointment.

Well, it should fit in nicely with all the other greasy spoons in Nac. The only decent place to eat there is Cotton Patch. Their Chicken Fried Chicken never fails.
