OP Boat Load Outdoorsman B Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 149 Texas, Kauafan Co.	7-28-12 Freezers Full but Hade to get Back out there to Make up for Yesterday. Burned out Trolling Motor Switch while Maintaining over area in High Winds. Theres only so many Clicks in a Switch. Fished 6:00 to 8:00 pm. landed 10 nice fish and 3 dinks. Put em all Back where I Gote em. Fishing in 18 ft. Fish Suspended at 14 ft. useing Blue tube with Black tip White Skirt. 1/8 oz. Pink Jig Head 6 lb. Line. Cheap, Simple and Productive. Live, Love, Laugh and Don't Sweat the Small Stuff FISH ON---> Boat Load was here. FISH ON---> Boat Load was here.

Ketchn TFF Guru K Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 14,308 Texas of course	and why is it if use crappie bites the yellow bass get all stupid and wear out my jigs ? piscatur says its cause i am the "king of yellow bass" .... i guess everyone needs to be the king of something ..... and simple is best ..... i just chatted with 2 different people about that today ...... i used to use a marked off cotton line with a big 1oz. sinker on it to check the depth ....depth finder i used paddles to get my flatbottom around ....big motor a stick if the water was shallow .....trolling motor and lots of times i only took a rod and reel ,hooks and sinkers as tackle .....
