I was wondering...

How long you have owned your cooler?
If you would purchase it again?
If you have seen any type of deterioration in the insulation?
If you put it through any type of durability test and how did it do?

Thank you

I rolled a Pickup with this cooler in the back going 70 mph, and it threw it out about a hundred feet down the highway. Just a few scratches, and it did not open up.

Lots of debate on these coolers. I have the 65qt model and love it. The main reason I bought mine was I go camping and hunting a lot. Most people say "you can buy a lot of ice for $400, I think I will just stick to my $50 cooler and buy the ice as I need it". Well my deer lease is 1.5 hours to the closest town, so that is a 3 hour round trip. I usually go to my lease for 7-10 days at a time. Usually it is cool outside, if not cold, but my cooler will still have ice in it after 10 days, and I know that my igloos wouldnt last that long.

So yes I really like it and yes I plan on buying more of them.

The Yeti is a great cooler. Fell asleep one night with my cooler out and woke up with my arctic cat 700 on top of it (buddies were messing with me). They hold up great. I just ordered my first Engel cooler after reading reviews online and noticing it was cheaper then the yeti. I have had my cooler through some tough times and i know it will always hold up. I will post a review of the engel when i get it this week.

Bout to add a tundra 120 to my collection. It's going to replace the igloo/seat on my Bluewave. Have seriously been thinking about getting a 420 for big game hunting and then they could bury me in it when I die.

I bought an Engel off Amazon about a year ago and it stays cold all day in my boat in the hot sun. I leave the ice in it when I get home so I can get anouther trip in during the week. One bag of ice lasts two fishing trips. This thing is the cats meow. I am about to order a larger one for deer season. They are cheaper than the Yeti as well.

I would like one, but can't turn loose of that kind of money for someone to steal it out of the back of my truck.

I have two of them, a 75qt and a 45qt I use them for keeping gatorade cold for my sons, yes they are expensive but I know when I go camping I dont have to worry about spending the money on overpriced frozen water. I tested the 75 qt on how long it would hold ice. It lasted 13 days in the back of my 4 runner last month. I am not like a lot of people, when I pack a cooler I know where everything is before I open it so it doesnt stay open for long.

Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst

Ice lasts about 3 days in mine when it is kept in the garage.
