needing help here , i just ordered a 1/8 oz soc eye jig mold from do-it molds. it calls for a 570 or 575 1/0 hook. i plan to use it for crappie and would like to know if a no 2 sickle hook will fit this mold or if not what is the smallest i can get by with?any help will be greatly appreciated as i am new to making jigs.

It should... if it calls for a #2 570 than a Matzuo #2 sickle should fit.... Sometimes you can do small modifications to your mold...to make them fit better with a dremel, or adding JB weld... I have in the past, and had good success.

Good luck
