Anyone Check the ocean today. Whats the color of the waste is there seaweed. North winds the next couple days.

Fished upper Galveston Bay today at Sylvan Beach pier. Water color was better than usual. We fished an incoming tide and seaweed was moving but not bad enough to ruin the fishing.

GFP About 8 am 6/24/12.  Just stole it from a FB post, they are still working on the cam and posting pictures from it from time to time.

When was that pic from and where is that pier 91st and the seawall Blvd, Galveston, Tx. Sorry I don't have the zip handy. It is captured from their on line camera which is not transmitting at the present time.

Galveston Fishing Pier website. http://www.galvestonfishingpier.com/If you do a map search for 91st and Seawall Boulevard it doesn't show up since 91st doesn't run all the way to Seawall Boulevard.

That's what its been called since it was built. Someone saw 9 and 1 and called it 91st. Only in Texas.
