we are not going to make this one. Yall have fun. One bit of advise though, take it or leave it. That last stint being streached to 12:00 hrs long is going to be real hard on the fish caught early. I believe there will be some good fish caught around that time and just after dark. Thats a long time to keep them alive in this heat. I would have some peroxide and plenty of ice juggs. Not to metion flushing my live well completely out 3 or four times that night to remove all the regeratation from the fish. That [censored] going in and out of their gills is hard on them for just a short while. Some fish dont make it on a fighting a stringer for 8 hours next to a boat in 90 deg water either.

if I was to catch one or two good ones I would prob just weigh the in with in a couple of hours. allot better chance and dont have to worry all night .

+1 on weighing in fish early. but i would rather do that if needed rather than everyone navigating in the dark unless they have to.

fyi, on keeping the fish alive (a concern I share) we're packing a bunch of ice on the boat, including some frozen 2-liters to put in the live well to help keep the fish cold.

helps keep gummy worms in good shape too. ;P

I reckon I'll freeze a few 2-liters myself to keep me alive.
