what is the prop that is being used with this motor with an alpha one outdrive. Its a manta ray fish and ski 203. Its a 15 splined prop i just dont know the pitch. but it runs about 35 mph and i changed the spark plugs and no difference. Does that sound right for that big of motor or what?????

About right for a 19P. Slower with a 17P, maybe around 27mph. On a light load, no skier, light boat, a 21P should run around 40-45mph. All this is providing you can get to the majic "WTO" Wide open Throttle at 4500RPM. My 26ft, 9500lb boat with a 17P runs around 25mph at 3250 Rpm. I've got the 5.7 Mercrusier.

Mine runs 43-45 with a 21p stainless. 4300 rpm. Same engine.
