Hit a stump at Fork and the now the the foot pedal is difficult to turn and will only turn about 45 degrees. Suggestions? Shaft doesn't look bent. Those aren't suppose to. We were thinking maybe the push/pull cable jumped track?

Either the pulley broke and the cable is binding or the tub is bent. I broke the pulley and bent the tube on mine. First, they just replaced the pulley because they couldn't see anything wrong with the tube. Went back on the water and it was still hard to turn. Took it back and they took the tube off, it was bent bad and was hard to see while still on the motor.

We looked at the cable, it was okay. I think the tube is bent. I thought these were not suppose to bend? Going to the shop tomorrow.

The shaft is what is not supposed to bend/break. But, the outer tube is aluminum I think. They are not expensive to have replaced.
