Has anyone tried Nanofil on spinning gear? How do you like it?

It's price is comparable to braid, which I really like on my spinning rods. That being said, I haven't tried Nanofil and I'm in no rush to try it. It seems like just another type of braid. Power Pro and Fireline work fine.

I have it on my spinning reels. It's COMPLETELY worth the money. Casts a mile and it doesn't stretch.

My partner made the switch a few months ago on his light gear set-ups (both spinning and casting) and he has been very pleased on both. I do not use light gear much so I have not tried it yet, but I do like my invisibraid on my spinning set up.
However, based on the afore mentioned partner's recomendations I would stay away from it as he has never been right about anything in his life.

I have some on a spinning rod and I'm very impressed with the strength and the casting distance. No worries about line twist with it either. It's expensive, but so is braid, and I think it will last just as long. Definitely worth a try.

For those using Nanofil on spinning gear, are you tieing it directly to your hook or lure, or using a mono or floro leader??
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.
