What's your go-to lure around rocky areas? I usually prefer crawdad imitations, either crankbaits or football jigs with a creature trailer. Sometimes a live crawdad will do the trick if the water clarity is bad.

Crankbait/spinnerbait

Weightless Tx-rig or Wacky rigged Flukes, Senko, Trick Worms and creature baits/ craws. Use the lift and fall method (lifting the bait and letting it fall) each time it touches the rocks. Frogs and Top waters work well around rocks early and late.

Silent cranks work well because of the sound reflecting ability of rock formations.

Squarebill KVD 1.5 in Sexy Shad to find 'em.

Pumpkin & brown Booyah Jig with Zoom Super Chunk in pumpkin to find the rest of 'em.

Once in a great while I'll throw a 5" Pumpkin/Watermelon Senko.

And of course, when they're not biting, I try everything else in the boat.

I have caught lots of bass off the rocks on hubbard on jigs or t-rigged creatures but boy do you lose a TON of lures doing it!!

Kinda depends on clarity or time of year. Right now a spinnerbait or crankbait later into summer probably a buzzbait first thing then a wacky rig or shaky head.

Hard to go wrong with a crankbait...anytime you have rocks you can always bounce a crankbait of them and catch fish.
