Off of 121 North take exit for Grapevine Mills PKWY. Continue North about one mile and you will see the chain of ponds on your right by some nice apartments.

I never see fellow anglers out there which is probably why I catch so many fish. Check it out!

Lots of LMB and a couple crappie. I've seen quite a few gar finning too.

Yes to Txfishunter. The ponds aren't gated and the groundskeepers wave at me when I'm fishing, so I think it's completely public.

Fished out there yesterday for an hour or so. Caught one bass in the far back pond. Water was extremely muddy.

Yeah that pond gets heavily stained after just a little bit of rain.

Anyone been out here lately? Brother coming in May and want to get out with his young son one evening. Did anyone confirm they are public? Posted a link below to confirm these are the correct ones.

Those are them. No one ever said anything to me when I went. Just stay to the right when you pull in and park in front of the office at the back. Back pond seems to produce best for me.

Just use the beaver entrances to the ponds. They seem to be the best cat tail movers for me.

How big are these ponds? Could you put a 2 man bass hunter on them.

I think that might take it too far. I've thought about putting my kayak on them but I'm not sure how management would feel about that. There are miniature spillways in between ponds so you would have to carry your buster from pond to pond.
