May have been up a little, but I didn't notice any significant difference from the last couple of weeks.

Water on Monday was very deep and stained. Sandbar at the hole was almost totally under water, it looked better today driving across the 114 bridge

Where can I go for bank fishing or wading? I see most people on this forum talking about launching at the ramp.

You can park just north of the creek on 377, there's a parking lot on the east side. From there you can walk back to the creek and bank fish. Not sure how easy it is to follow the creek, I've mainly just fished right around the bridge there.

Went to the creek after work yesterday, the water is still very muddy. Caught couple whites on jig but very slow. Did not stay too long though

Fishing sucked today. Water is still chocolate milk. I hit the hole at daylight, fished till 11:00. No fish caught. Saw a few caught.....at this rate, it will be next week before the fishing gets better.

Little brother is in town. Took him to the creek yesterday and today. Three limits of sandies and about dozen crappie total for two days. Can't wait till' they really start biting.

I launched from under 377 today in my kayak. The current is not too bad, but further up stream towards the hole, there's strong current that pretty much took it outta me & I had to turn back. However, fish is to be caught downstream from the hole too. Saw a few bank fishermen with nice stringers. I only got 5 nice keepers only after finally getting the lure they wanted. Fish the currents. Good luck!

I also paddled west from the 377 bridge yesterday afternoon. I had no problem paddling against the current ... probably paddled up about 2 miles or so ... not quite to the "hole". Fishing was good and when I headed back I was thankful for the current as I made great time. Good thing because I was racing against the sunset. Stayed a little longer than I meant to, but the fish were biting better than expected and well, hard to leave when they are biting.

I went early this morning, just left a while ago. I paddled from Trophy Club Park, past 377. I tried to get to the hole, but that current was a pain. Then the wind was against me on the way back. I ended up with 13 or 14 sandies. Bite was pretty slow, got most trolling.
