I used to fish a golf corse pond in California, matter of fact, I stocked it. They always kicked me and my son out. I finally joined the country club so he could golf, and I could fish. Roy Rogers lived on the corse. One day while I was fishing, He rode by on a bicycle in cowboy boots and hat wearing bermuda shorts.

4 lb, red white lil spinner bait, while wait on some one on the green. Whitestone Benbrook, hole 1, creek that runs threw the middle of fair way.

Mine is a 8lb 12oz, caught her on my 6" Lizard, watermelon red in Del Ray Beach FL, near the 8th hole, my biggest Peacock Bass was a 5lb, caught right beside the 2nd hole of a diffrent golf course.

Well...does electrofishing count?
I raise a lot of bass for breeding and transfer to my fishing club in golf course ponds.
Watch the pond on tv during the Shell Houston Open, recently took some seven pounders less than three years old out of that one. Hook and line, not electrofishing!
