Let it rain despite the loss of trips it will cost us this weekend if it gets bad. We need 3 more feet of water in the lake. The good Lord is just answering our prayers hopefully.

The new growth around the lakes will keep some of the mud out and make for some fine fishing and spawning areas in a week or so. I dont see how CC will be flooded FA2 3' is a lot of water. We have been sitting on beach front for over a year now, bring it own. I know some of the western guys would love to have some as well. I fish grapevine alot and a couple of months ago we got 4.2 inches of rain or something like that and the lake came up 6'. Cedar Creek is expected to get 5-6 inches which should be about 3ft (since te lake is bigger). I also said full or flooded.... not flooded.

We will take all we can get out west. We need a rain with a name in the worst way. If it messes up the fishing for a little while so be it.
