I'm about to buy a few of these and am looking for some input on them. I've seen posts about them in the past but couldn't find them especially with the search feature disabled.
I mainly fish Falcon Caras and Bucoos, Anybody have both or have had both. I'm going to go look at them at bass pro to see how they feel but has anybody done well with them?
I know they're carbon rods and I'm more of a Graphite kind of guy but I cant beat the price I'm getting on them.

They are good rods pretty sensitive . The only complaint would be they are a little heavy.

I've heard that from a decent amount of people including the reviews on Bass Pro's website. Is that a signature series or a Tactical series you have?

I have used the rods last 2 years in Brazil with absolutely no complaints. As stated, little heavy but for price can deal with the issue.

I bought one, fished with it once and sold it. I saved my money and bought another Kistler magnesium. Much lighter with a better feel.

When you go, check out their new line. Much lighter. Saw them at the Dallas Boat show and visited with their team for a while. Very nice folks and I have several of the original rods and like them very much. Spend a few more bucks and try the new series.

yeah the description says that they are substantially lighter, but on Temple Fork's website they post the weight of the Signature series rod but not the weight of the Tactical series. So I want to feel a couple in person before I order some without knowing.

I have one but I they do feel on the heavy side. Not a bad buy for $99 however.

I have the FWC 767 EH and FWC 707 EH. Both are Signature Series and both are rated Extra Heavy 12-30 line and 1/2-2 oz lures. I purchased both rods from ROBERTS FISHNTACKLE at Falcon and have been using them here on and off for a year now. I would rate both rods a 6 instead of 7 power and for 99 bucks retail consider them a good purchase. They are a nice compliment to the Curado 200 E7 reels and light enough to fish all day with without getting tired of casting them. Anyone that was blindfolded and caught a fish on one would think they were using a higher priced rod. Just my opinion.

The new style of rods are much lighter. . They are lighter and have much better guides. The new ones are better rods with good warranty. Have not heard of one breaking here on Fork yet. They feel pretty darn good!
