Bucoo Micro for under 150 and Dobyns Savvy for under 200 new. You can get alot better rod for 200 or less if you buy used.

Loomis GLX. By far the most sensitive. By far the easiest to break. Don't swing a fish over 3#s and take it easy on hook sets if you like to do close quarters flipping/pitching with braid. I think the strongest and most sensitive i've used are the falcon caras and ducketts. Micro guides do make a difference. I'm convinced.

I have not tried all of the ones listed but ihave tried some of them and I bought the shimano cumara and paired it with a Core100 for worming and I truly believe you would be hard pressed to find a better more sensitive rod. When fish hit it is a very vibrant feeling compared to other rods I have, I couldn't be happier with the cumara.

Where's the falcon love??? I love me a falcon Cara. +1 for Falcon Cara T7 Micro. I use the Finnesse Jig 5-1610 for many, many different applications. In many cases sensitive = light = breakage. There is a tipping point. As stated above, the GLX is incredibly sensitive, but it is fragile. Same with St. Croix. Very few rod manufacturers actually manufacturer their rods. Most buy blanks from the same overseas sources and assemble them here. Loomis, Falcon and St Croix are exceptions. They actually design/build blanks for specific uses instead of buying a long blank and cutting off one end or the other to get the desired action. I am becoming a big fan of the Bucoo series. Same blank as Falcon's Original, but with EVA Foam and split grip. Awesome rod for less than $150.

i was sitting with a group of people on the bank in Cameron flounder fishing last Oct. and had a fly land on my line about ten feet from the rod tip. I told the guy setting beside me that the fly just broke wind and i felt it. Wow them falcon bucos are sensitive. The whole crowd was rolling after hearing that one. Drop shot rig but doubles as a flounder catcher with 50# power pro in the fall.

I once had a Kistler rod that would start weeping lightly 30 seconds before a fish would bite. Now that is sensitive!

GLoomis NRX imo. Dropshot rod is insane. Wild card program takes some of the sting out of the price tag.
Falcon rods are an excellent choice for the money...until you try to warranty a defective one. Nightmare.

Carrot stix by far the most sensitive. A little wimpy in the longevity department. Falcon cara is as close to the best rod out there. Very sensitive, and I can't break em. Amistad rod is my favorite.

Talk to Ron at Reel Time Rods. Tell him what all you plan on using the rod for and what all options you want as well as your budget and he'll put together the best setup for the money possible. +1! Ron can put a rod in your hand that fits your budget and is on the same level as much more expensive rods. I love my jig rod from Reel Time, I use it every day.

Under $200, Shimano Cumara by far... If you can find a used IMX or a used GLX that would next.
