Yes fishing is still amazing. Thursday 50+ fish. Friday between both trips 60 - 70 and afternoon was some friends and only fished less than two hours. Saturday 80 - 90. It was cold even starting at 11. Had a couple of women so I figured a couple of hours we would be going in. NOT! The stayed till we finished up. Sunday done a trip from 12:20 till 4:45 Caught somewhere around 60. We cleaned 43. Lots of overs. Every fish since Thursday was on deadsticking. Thursday tried bait with no success. But didn't try it long because we were wacking them on deadsticks.

I have Thursday open if someone interested in deadsticking. Will work a deal on a 4 hour trip. Going to take the wife and 3 year old out in the afternoon.

actually this is the third year I have done great deadsticking. a lot more people are figuring it out. it is my fsvorite way to fish. wish it would work all year long.
