I've got 3 of these masks and recently the foam padding started falling off one of them. I have emailed Save Phace's customer service and left them a voice mail on their customer service mail box and can't get anyone to respond. It's been about a month now. Is anyone on here on their pro staff or know someone who is? This weekend the last piece fell off and all I want is to see about getting some foam to replace it. Thanks

I had the same problem. Took them about a week to call me back. Told me to use Gorilla glue or I could send it back and they would fix it for me.

Good luck.

this foam literally just deteriorated away and fell off in pieces. I would gladly send it back to them to get repaired but I just need someone from the company to respond in some way. I love these masks and this is the only one I had do this.

That wasn't the problem I had. They seem to be slow to respond, you may want to stalker call them like a jilted 16 year old girl. That usually gets it done.

I called them again but this time went to the sales department instead of customer service since I got a voice mail again when I did and it worked out great. Michael in their sales department is sending me out replacement foam for the mask at no charge.
