I have 5lbs of alligator tail on its way from Florida for the Superbowl. Anyone have a good recipe?

Best way I have had it is fried with extra cayenne in the mix or a good spicy dajun rub. That's all I got.

Thanks scott01, I'll try the rub and cook it like shrimp brouchet with bacon and jalepeno. That ought to be good.

Fry it up, then coat it with Lawry's seasoned salt ( Ball's Cajun seasoning, instead, if you're from Louisiana) and squeeze a LOT of fresh lime juice over it all.

Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.
