Matt got tired "WorkeN Out", so here is the report! Wind was less than 5 mph and it was cool in AM, but got pretty warm. Water temp 49! We found almost all of our fish in OPEN water 40' between Holiday Humps and SunPoint. We would follow 3-4 Loons and find nice fish under them! When the wind stopped we put the trolling motor on slow and dropped Dead Assassins. We also slow rolled 3" Disco Sassy's off the bottom on the Puma JH. Took a while to getM down, but a small bait was good! Caught two nice sand bass and 1 HUGE Hybrid! We did not break any records, but it was steady and some very nice fish! Sorry fellers, been on the water most days lately and have been too tired/lazy to get a good report going. The fishing has been outstanding! Wind is about the only factor in determining how great the day is going to be. Going to be windy all weekend, so I am busy trying to get together some stuff for the Tackle show this weekend. I was just going to be there one day, but looks like the wind is going to blow, so I should be there all weekend. Come by and see me if you get a chance. Free popcorn and hot dogs, so you know I'm IN!  Visit www.freetackleshow.com for directions and details. Fished with a group from Crossroads Church in Grand Prarie today. Fishing was WINDY.....but pretty steady all day. Filled out a nice four man limits of bigguns with a mess of sandies and threw back about as many hybrid as we kept. Ben, Matt, Eddie, and Bruce - I enjoyed fishing with you guys today! Thanks for coming to Tawakoni!
