Unless you are wearing a grass skirt and sleeping in a ditch and eating only road kill, you too are part of 'the problem'.

Guadalupe at Center point - almost no flow. Just a tiny bit of water coming over the dam at CP.

Guadalupe at Spring Branch--- DRY.
Makes me wanna cry.

That usgs site is the best in my opinion. I like to click on "table" and get the every 15 minute report over periods of time to help predict dam release schedules. I'm into the paddling as much as fishing and like to catch it high sometimes for a good float.

Just checked on the flow behind whitney. Looks like they are letting water out somewhere around 10 at night and shutting it down around 11;30 to midnite. So at 7 in the morning there is no flow, would be a rough trip down to dicks canoes. There goes my plans on my yak trip this weekend. May just go to tradinghouse this weekend.

Life journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved state.
But rather skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy carp what a ride!"

With the 2000cfs release there is still a lot of flow at 7. It was still nice at noon at dicks.

Anyone have any plans?

brazos before mothersday

The ONLY reason to fish with a fly rod in Texas
is to throw a POPPER, casting any other type fly just means you're doing something.
