Tie it with flourescent chartreuse ice dub, green foam, and yellow medium legs. I have hammered panfish on that combo. Good luck.

Never really got to try it out until later in the day after fishing had turned of anyways. I was having such a hoot of a time that I stuck with streamers and poppers!
