I am looking into starting a Bass/Golf Tournament for The Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Golf score minus total sack weight wins. Looking for ideas, locations, who would be in?

Also, looking at doing it in the fall due to other tourney's conflicting in the spring and the golf courses being so busy. I am looking into sponsors and if I can get it put together it should be a great 2 day family event to help a great charity.

See if DAC will help you out. Not sure if they will cause they are strict on the whole member policy. But definitely a good place to play some golf and other stuff.

some where in the past MIKE WORM competed in a golf /bass tournament or something like that; even hitting the ball off the back deck of his boat. The make a wish foundation is a worthy charity and I AM IN !
Dont play golf but I have seen it on tv but I do fish and I have seen fish caught on tv. SO I AM IN>

do it on fork golf course rt on the lake. thats close enuff to dallas

Do it at lake Fork public course maybe. Four man bass tournament and team scramble.
Bass tourney - Saturday
Two boats, four guys
draw time per team instead of individual boat
5 fish per boat, 10 fish per team
Golf tournament - Sunday
Four man scramble
Winner = Golf score minus Team bag weight.
Do it in the fall when the weather is cooler and everyone can enjoy it more.
