Has anyone been bank fishing for sandbass at Grapevine? Are the sandbass crusing close to the bank yet? I can't wait for the spawning run to start!

hey fisher go out north of grapevine lake to marshall creek area there are some creeks that feed grpvine the second one heading north on 377 from 1709 is Denton Creek to the left of the railroad bridge there is some shore throw white jigs on weighted casting bobbers or minnows on the bobbers and you will catch some sandies and crappie and LMB I have been going since early nov doing so.

there is a gas station on the west side of 2499 just a little farther North of the 2499-3040(flower mound road) intersection. Has a big fish painted in the window and says bait. Not sure if they carry minnows or not though.
