Has Hubbard placed a curse on me? I believe the crappies are running (watched a guy clean 30+ at the ramp), but I can find them. I fished the 66 bridge yesterday and caught nothing.

The fish are in transition. Don't feel bad... fishing was tough this weekend.

Try the creeks on hubbard, fishin'aholic is right, they're transitioning. try 8-14 feet off of the creek channels near brush, fallen trees near the channel.

No, I was at the mouth of the creek where it meets the lake. But that's because I was in a canoe. If I had a boat that could handle the wind, I'l bet I could catch them anywhere on the channel as long as there is structure near the drop off.
