It started back in October/November and it is just about done maybe 1 more month but that's stretching it. The sandies are coming in so there are plenty of those to be caught good size ones too.

Great little hole for crappie and sandbass. I haven't fished that area in years. Is it better ran nowadays? I remember groups of people out there "fishing" and taking EVERYTHING they caught, snagged, netted, etc. Havent been back since

Some days good, others slow like today. Only managed 7 keepers. Yeah talking to some people that fish there saying they caught 30-40 and fishing by themselves of course taking more than their limit.

It is but you can still access the creek from 10 mile bridge and launch ur boat from there park ur car on the side of the road risking getting a ticket or worst ur car gets vandalized or towed. Or you can access the creek from the Fort Worth Nature Center.
