I broke my trolling motor transducer bracket where the clamp goes thru. It still works, but any ideas on how to keep using it? I thought of JB welding it to the trolling motor, but don't know if it would hold up in water. Any other options?

I sell a product that will fix it. All I need to know is if it is a skimmer or puck? lowrance? garmin? HB? call clint Farris @ 817308-1002 and I will get you hooked up. It will not only fix it. It will never allow it to break again.

Electrical tape. Just go right over the end and around the trolling motor. Use the whole roll. I used one for nearly 2 years and it still worked fine and reads perfectly with black tape on it. It will actually bend and give when you hit another stump. Bout as cheap of a fix as can be made

Colts product works great. I broke several transducers til I broke down and bought the protector from colt.Cant break one now that thing really works.

I bought the same thing Colt was showing and for the price I paid it was well worth the money. If my new boat wasn't built in I would get another just to protect the transducer
