Just a snap shot of Texas as far as fisheries go, in the past 3 days there heve been reports of at least 6 bass over 13 pounds on just 2 lakes, including a 15.62. That doesn't even take into account lakes like Amistad (should come back strong with the high water), Fork, SQUAWWW CREEEEKK, Ivie, Choke, Rayburn, and the many other outstanding fisheries in this state that consistantly put out big fish. TPWD does a heck of a job managing what the good Lord gave us. Okay, I'm going to try to sleep for the next hour.

Men are like fish...If we'd learn to keep our mouth shut, we'd stay out of trouble.

TPWD does an awesome job managing the fisheries around the state. We are extremely blessed to have the lakes we have.

Yeah, we could be in Nebraska where a 5 lber gets you state recognition. Not to mention half the rest of the nation's water is ICE. I LOVE TEXAS! yes we are blessed-
Bass fishing is like a 30,000 acre golf course with no flags and five holes you can't see- Tim

we are very blessed....hey guys next time you have a "bad" day on the water bass fishing just remember that you could be in Nebraska or Iowa fishing some hole in the wall lake. I love Texas too. Wouldnt rather live anywhere else in the world.

Y'all are blessed. Our game and fish in Arkansas can't manage their own HQ, much less our wildlife. Everything here takes a back door to trout. I keep telling them just do what Texas does on a smaller scale. When I retire it will be in South Texas!
