you guys watch out for them wild boars back there! they are big and mean! i never go back there without a pistol!

seriously, i am not trying to keep people from fishing back there. as a matter of fact, i enjoy the company. but I am telling you guys, the ferrel hogs are thick back there and they can get pretty agressive! be careful!!!!!!!

We saw fresh bobcat tracks and a whole pack of 'yote tracks on Saturday when we were walking back to the trail from that little tributary that splits off on up after the pipeline.

PS. there are some good piles in that little stream guys. Whole trees down in the water.

The hogs aren't what I'm worried about. One night late last week me and my brother's auto mechanics cousin were on the crappie good way down in sight of the gifco rd bridge. Well we stayed out there kinda long and it was pretty dark by the time we were walking back. All I had was my little head lamp to guide us out and right before we got up to the bridge I shined my light over at the little island and we seen this:
