if i am settin lines i'll use perch or sometimes goldfish and maybe a crawfish if its handy. as for rr fishing i'll use chicken livers, shrimp, or dough baits usually, or experiment with different things..i've heard slim jims work too! lol

For the biggest yellow cats you'll ever catch: get a 9/0 treble hook and tie it to a REALLY stout salt-water rod and reel. Spool up with at least 200 lb line - (I've used masonry line in the past, that's right, the stuff they use to plumb bricks). Locate some concrete boat ramps that aren't too busy. Get out of the boat and use your feet to *feel* around the edges until you find a hole. That hole is a flathead's entry to her bed. Stick that 9/0 up in their with a 12 inch worm on it. And you better hang on....
