I got mine at Harbor Freight. So far the cheapest I've found.

No matter where you get them from, I suggest 2 things
1 - LED lights
2 - Make sure it uses AAA or AA batteries. Those batteries are plentiful everywhere and cost less than other battery types.

Academy sells some that have 5 LEDs in em and clip to the bill of your hat for $6. The batteries kinda suck though, mine is starting to get dim after about 24hours of light. but hey for that price it isnt worth buying the batteries just get a new one. plus it makes a good emergency one even if a little dimmer than it started.
