Got on the water at around 4:30pm and off by 8pm. Fished in about 8-9 ft of water around the new I-90 pylons. The wind out of the southwest was rather strong causing a bit of a chop. Caught two cats, then tried drifting with no luck. Left with only two.

I have had some days like that myself. Just makes the next one a lot better. Any time on the water is a good time.

Yeah I hope so. I was trying to get to some deeper water to try my luck at some crappie but the chop was too bad for little aluminum boat. Maybe next time.
