 Airports Around Galveston

I was wondering if anybody knows of any airports around Galveston to fly to. I live in Austin and I have a buddy that likes to fish and head to the coast and he has planes at his house in a hangar with a runway who is about 5 minutes from my house. And suggested to save time and just fly a small private plane to Galveston to fish. Just load up the fishing gear in the plane and be at Galveston in an hour or so. The thing is getting a car or truck though to drive to the fishing stuff. It doesnt have to be a big airport just a small airport with a runway to land. Thanks in advance for any help.
