No really it was windy all weekend. Me and a buddy planed our first trip to Fayette about 4 weeks ago only to get to the lake and fight the wind all weekend. smile 20-25mph winds were hell. We still managed to catch a few fish the biggest was right at 6lbs. All I have to say is the top water action is Awesome! I love seeing the fish completely out of the water as it kills your lure. We got cut short Saturday with some engine problems so we went back to the hotel and ordered pizza, beer and the UFC fight and sat by the pool. Here are a few pics.

Low carb diet maybe? That was the one that was 1oz shy of 6lbs too.

That pic by the dam with the plant in the background looks like where that submerged tank dam is. I have one on the wall from that same hole from about 1982,,,lol.

Nice fish.

Nice fish. Fayette and wind just go together like salt and pepper. Only about 10 days a year, the wind doesn't blow.

Yep, the wind never does not blow at Fayette. That first fish is a 9lb head on a 3lb body! Good pics!

Nice fish. The ones that look like that first one just spent a little too much time in the sauna!
