Thought you guys might enjoy some pics of a real Cajun Crawfish Boil! After 16 years of hosting my own boils here in Texas the crowds just keep getting bigger. Not even the rain could keep 'em away. Monster 'dads from Rose's Seafood in Kemah. What you don't see were the 40lbs of whitebass fillets, or the big pot of crawfish etouffee my wife made as well. The etouffee was gone in less than 20mins! Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!

This'll make ya cry then! 1.69 a pound for Select and FRESH doesn't begin to describe these bugs. I would guess less the .5% dead total out of all 6 sacks that we boiled. Rose's has done me good for the last 3 years. Always looking for a closer connection, but as long as Rose's keeps coming through with the bigguns, they'll keep my business!

Man, I ended up paying .99 a pound at Fiesta and they sure could have been fresher. Mighty small, even for field run and had more dead loss then normal. Still, it's better then no mudbugs at all.
