I've been wondering the same. Richland has been pretty high. I'm gonna give it a try this week some time.

Tried Richland creek at I-45 and had very little sucess. Both richland and Chambers creeks have way to much current right now. They have dropped Navarro Mills (Richland Creek) about 3 ft. since friday and bardwell (chambers creek) about the same. If we could dodge this rain predicted for tonight it could be really good by next weekend. The few whites I caught were right where richland creek flows into richland chambers. They are ready to go just need to get a little cooperation from the weather.

Navarro mills has a lot more to go. The Pelham ramp was about 40 yds out in the water. I just drove over Love Bridge and its rolling pretty good. Hopefully this rain will miss us. I guess I'll go try some reds.

I fished chambers many years back .south of the fourty five bridge there is a massive log jam .no way fish are going past it.so don't bother with that creek.

Cant speak for river conditions on chambers creek as far up as I-45. However I can assure you from richland chambers up to roane road there was a bunch of whites caught last year.....However I think you should listen to sassyman. That will leave clear banks for me!!

Right now the water is going right over that log jam. I crossed over love bridge yesterday and it is still flowing pretty heavy. Caught a few down by roane road but it is still too swift. I think next weekend will be great at roan road and the chambers creek side.
