There was a similar post the other day. I used to buy from truetungsten but they're OOS on most everything. Tried alleytungsten and was very pleased. Decent prices, fast delivery, product looks good.
Keep it wet.

Here is a question. Does anyone notice a difference between the plain tungsten and painted as far as bites? not really, on a flipping presentation. thats a reaction bite, and they dont think about what it looks like as long as it is similar to something in thier little microsized processor that they would eat.. LOL! i usually end up chipping the paint off on my painted ones anyways on grass over rocks. Now on a texas rig, working with a slow methodical presentation- i believe color does matter and try to match or complement the plastic color.

Hey Dan, where did you get the idea for them big weights??!! Good time over the weekend up there. I am going through my notes now and making a shopping list. I got my tacklewarehouse order in today! couple of black Ish frogs, the Tru Tungsten smart pegs, the mojo carolina weights(they dont carry the tungsten carolina weights anymore), Optimum Swim baits, tubes, jigheads & last but not least, Diawa Samurai braid. this stuff is SILKY smooth and 8 strand instead of 6.
