My 7 year old used to use them because they were pretty. She would throw a Pink Fluke and Ring Bait. With pretty good success.
I will honestly say that I used them sometime. I really like throwing a pink fluke.

Bubble gum and merthiolate (however you spell that) trick worms can be absolutely deadly at times!

I used to fish a fingernail polish painted pink pop-r up in NY on Oneida quite a bit for smallmouths. For whatever reason it would work sometimes when nothing else did. Always had a pink fluke on for backup when fishing topwater or hard jerkbaits as well.

Found a pink fluke in my rod box one day while fishing Sam Rayburn in the spring. Hooked it up cause nothing else was working. Wore the fish out! I was real disappointed when it finally was so tore up I couldn't use it anymore - I'd already super glued it back together 3 times - LOL. Keep them ready when fishing in the spring.

My best bait last spring was an LFT Crawtube in some limited run color he'd done for a European tackle expo. It was watermelon seed/pink and I only got a hand full as part of some give away at a tourney. I was gluing them when I could, using a soldering iron, a lighter, whatever I could to keep them together. It was a sad day when the last one got ripped up too bad to repair.

I've caught tons of fish on bubble gum swirl tiki stick. I throw it a lot March - May then Oct - Nov. However, there is a certain water color I will always use it.

Yep! I always have yellow Trick Worms in the boat!

Cant say I have ever fished pink, but I do have several packs of pink flukes that I caught on clearance several years ago back when I had to own every color of every bait ever made!

Pink spinnerbait in muddy water is just as effective as white or chartreuse.
